SO! Who wants to join me on a witch hunt? :plotting:

Normally I'd just rant about this and be done with this, but I'll let you take a look first before you hear me go off

My art --> chadporter.deviantart.com/art/…
(poorly) Stolen art --> www.unamee.com/index.php/galle…

It's bad enough that this guy :iconbroadgm: stole my art and badly reproduced it - but he had the audacity to put in a shop and sell it and claim it as his own!!!

Should part of the blame be on me because I don't put watermarks on it? Or a disclaimer asking NOT to steal my art?  Sure.  But this is a community of artists.  We share ideas, get inspired by them...not rip them off because we don't have the skills to do it ourselves.  Now I know what you're thinking and I should let the dA admins take care of this, but sadly they probably won't do anything mostly because my stolen art isn't on his page so there's not much they could do.

I have contacted Unamee and have asked them to remove the stolen art from their page - and also sadly, that appears to be the best I can do.  And because of this individual (yes it's killing me not to swear and use colourful language to describe him lol), I'm being forced to watermark all future artwork to avoid all this garbage in future postings.

I really should take the high road and not be bitter about it...buuuuut I did this.  I did this for ALEX WINTER AND GOT HIM TO SIGN A COPY FOR ME.  So no - I'm not letting this slide.

So if you felt like it, feel free to toss this Rob Granito wannabe a 'thank you' for ruining your viewing pleasure of all upcoming pics please be my guest. ;)

no one should ever, for any reason, steal another artist's work and claim it as his or her own
